2. Delivering the website
When you visit this website, the server necessarily processes your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the amount of data transferred and your browser’s user agent in order to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.
Our web server does not write access logs. Only error and security logs may contain this information; they are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed longer to investigate a specific attack.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
Hosting: The website runs on a server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland under a data processing agreement pursuant to
Art. 28 GDPR. Data is processed within the European Union. The connection is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
3. Browser storage
If you switch between light and dark appearance at the top right, your browser remembers this choice locally (“theme” in local storage). It never leaves your device and is strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested, so no consent is required. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise (f)). We delete messages once they are no longer needed, after three years at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Links to the App Store
Links to the Mac App Store lead to Apple. Only if you follow such a link does Apple process data under the Apple Privacy Policy. We receive no data about you.
6. The WerkTakt app
The app has its own privacy policy. In short: the app collects no data.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact office@feisoft.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at, or the supervisory authority where you live.
